A meeting held at Tokyo University of Foreign Studies for participants from the three member programs of the consortium (HIPS, IMLEX, JEMARO) to share status reports and information among the selected organizations.

Agenda: Officials that oversaw the already completed Global Innovation Design (GID) Program at Tokyo University of Foreign Studies were invited to speak about their compilation of activities for the final year of the program and to discuss their plans for the final year of the EU program.
